Terms of service
Last updated 19 July 2026.
These terms govern your use of Procura. By using the service you agree to them. This is a starting template for the demo and will be finalised before commercial launch.
The service
Procura provides tender qualification matching for suppliers bidding on public procurement — matching a company's certifications, finances and references against published tender requirements. Verdicts are decision-support estimates — not financial, legal or procurement advice, and not a guarantee of any bid outcome.
Acceptable use
Use Procura only for lawful bidding purposes. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, scrape it at scale, resell access, or upload content you have no right to submit.
No warranty
Qualification verdicts are derived from third-party tender documents and the profile data you provide, either of which may be incomplete or contain errors. The service is provided "as is", without warranties of accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. You remain responsible for the bids you submit.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Procura is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost contracts or profits, arising from use of the service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Swedish law, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Swedish courts. Questions? Email info@useprocura.com.
