Privacy policy

Omega Software Group AB ("Procura", "we") shows suppliers which public procurements they qualify for, by matching a company profile against published tender requirements. This policy explains what personal data we process and why, in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). It is a starting template for the demo and will be finalised before commercial launch.
Data we process
Account data you give us — name, work email, employer and role — the company profile you build (certifications, financial figures, references and supporting documents), and product-usage data such as the tenders you match against and the searches you run. Profile content describes your company; where it names individuals (for example a reference contact), we process it only to provide the service. Your data is stored within the EU. We do not sell personal data.
Procurement data
The tenders Procura matches you against come from published procurement notices and documents — EU-wide notices on TED (Tenders Electronic Daily) and national registers, accessible under the Swedish principle of public access (offentlighetsprincipen). These are public records published by contracting authorities, not personal data about you.
How we use it
To provide and secure the service, evaluate your profile against tender requirements, send the digest emails you enable, respond to support requests, and — only if you opt in — send product-update emails. Hard requirements are checked by deterministic rules; ambiguous, unstructured requirements may be adjudicated with the help of AI providers acting as our processors. Our legal bases are performance of contract and our legitimate interest in running and improving the product.
Retention
We keep account data for as long as your account is active, and usage data for a limited period afterwards for security and analytics, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and object to certain processing. To exercise any right, email info@useprocura.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
