## Why we build Procura

A bid in public procurement often takes one or more working days to write. For a small company that is time taken from customers and projects. Yet many bids fail on a single criterion: a certificate that has expired, a turnover criterion, a reference contract outside the time window. The criterion was in the documents all along. It was only found too late.

That is not bad luck. It is an information problem, and it can be solved before the bid is written. Procura runs that check for you on every live tender, and also shows what similar contracts were awarded for where the price is public. The goal is simple: bid where you can win.

## How we build

- **Rules before AI.** Hard criteria are decided by rules with evidence. AI is only used for what is unclearly worded and can never overturn a hard no.
- **No invented figures.** Price data is only shown where it has been published, always with the share of published prices and the sample size beside it.
- **Your data is yours.** Profiles and bids belong to your company and are stored in Sweden, in data centres in Stockholm. See the [privacy policy](https://useprocura.com/privacy).
